As 2021 draws to a close and we wave a not-so fond farewell to the remnants of the pandemic, the team at Quattro Foods is looking to the future with a revamped product list, catering to all our customers including the growing number of vegan requests. We’re also beefing up our festive offerings with innovative and delicious party season delights.
As leaders in the European food manufacturing sector, we’re conscious of the pressure that our peers and customers – particularly in hospitality – are feeling as they make a precarious recovery. For us, agility and flexibility are key to navigating unexpected twists and turns in food trends, customer demand and world events. And so, we continue to adapt and work with the changing needs of the end customer – you, the British people, who still very much want tasty and delicious meals.
So, what are our customers in individual restaurants, high street chains, the NHS, the army, schools and the food service industry asking for this November? There’s one trend that just keeps on growing. You guessed it. Customers are still requesting vegan fare in a big way and our chefs are continually innovating with fresh and delicious ideas for food products free of milk, meat or dairy. Plant-based curries continue to be popular, and we’ve developed a range of Italian products for the vegan market which are bringing pasta to life across the country.
And of course, as the festive season gets into full swing, our customers are enjoying their non-lockdown winter, spending time with family and friends, at home and dining out, and are asking for delicious and indulgent Christmas party products. We all just want to have a great time this Christmas, and the Quattro chefs are more than happy to oblige.
Here are our new vegan products, designed for the ever-growing plant-based community.

Last year we missed out on so much. Christmas on Zoom simply didn’t touch the real thing, and we are delighted that, with caution, we’re embracing that human contact that has been absent for so long. For the first time ever, Team Quattro is taking a break this Christmas, so every team member can spend some much-needed time with loved ones.
As always, our contribution – the food – is the heart of the party, and we hope you enjoy savouring the taste of freedom, accompanied by the taste of the freshest, locally sourced ingredients. It’s time to get back out there. Eat, drink and be merry and join us in closing this strange year with a culinary celebration or two and a toast to a far healthier and happier 2022.
