We like to use jackfruit – a nutritious and delicious alternative to meat for a mouth-watering Mexican Jackfruit Tinga. It really tastes like pulled pork – and no pigs were harmed in the making of this food – we promise!
Our cheesy but completely cheese-free béchamel sauce is light and creamy. And milk? The bovine variety is easily replaced by soy, coconut, almond, flax and a hundred other varieties.
