For non-industry bods 100kg may sound like a very large amount of food, which it is, in a supermarket or the corner shop, but the foods manufacturing industry traditionally creates and delivers in bulk – great big bulk – to allow our customers to feed their hungry hoards. For us, 100kg is a very small order! But no fear, we are adapting like the rest of our esteemed food industry colleagues and we are ready and willing to change. We’ve even invested in a variable-portion pouch filling machine and can’t wait to get cracking with our new piece of kit.
