The benefits of using ready-to-use sauces and dressings

At Quattro Foods we invest all our time and resources into making life easier for professional chefs in busy kitchens. As one of the UK’s leading food service providers we pride ourselves on the convenience of our products as well as their exceptional taste.

As many of our team have previously worked in the hospitality industry, we are aware that making sauces and dressings is one of the most time-consuming jobs in a professional kitchen. Bring on Team Quattro! We specialise in designing products to suit your needs, sourcing the freshest, local produce and peeling, stewing, chopping and creating mouthwatering sauces and dressings of every variety. We help you free up manpower in your kitchens whilst you serve your customers delectable cuisine.

Although ‘convenience food’ bears the traditional mantle of preservative-filled, tasteless, low quality food, at Quattro this is absolutely not the case. We have learned well from all the brilliant chefs who came before us that every mouthful deserves to be made with passion, love, delicious ingredients, time and effort. This is why our traditional cooking methods yield exceptional results. There really is much to be said for cooking by hand – old style – for textures and tastes that recall home and leave you with a warm satisfied feeling.

Creating our own ready to use sauces does not mean a compromise on flavour – by no stretch. Our highly experienced development chefs invest the time to allow your chefs more time in the kitchen and your customers enjoy a delicious meal – it’s win, win!

The versatility of RTU sauces works well for ever-changing consumer tastes and incorporates world cuisine and fusion cooking. Our chefs are highly skilled at creating truly authentic, colourful, aromatic and flavoursome Asian, African, Middle Eastern and South American flavours as well as the closer-to-home French and Italian classic fish, meat and pasta sauces.

Delivering supreme taste and globally-inspired options caters to our growing awareness of different cultures. Quattro chefs Tony and Tony have honed their international cooking skills and understanding of ethnic flavours through extensive training and travel and produce outstanding international cuisine.

Quattro Foods ready to use sauces and dressings are free from artificial colours and flavourings and help cut costs and preparation times. By using Quattro sauces and dressings, chefs and caterers can enjoy full control with a degree of flexibility in their kitchen and can profit from impulse dining without worrying about preparation time.

Classic RTU sauces include:

  • Tomato sauce – perfect for pizzas, fish, meat and pasta.
  • The classic Italian Bolognese for meat or pasta or to fill a calzone.
  • Balti – a versatile chicken and rice Indian favourite.
  • Sweet and sour sauce for Chinese or Indian-inspired chicken or pork dishes including soup and stir-fry.
  • Black bean sauce – ideal for beef or chicken with a kick of chilli and an authentic salsa experience.

With RTU sauces there’s never a need to compromise on quality or break the bank. Come to Quattro Foods for an extensive and delicious ready to use range.
