With a chocolate theme this Easter at the forefront of our minds, we’re making lots of ambient sweet sauces, so you can fulfil your customer’s sweet toothed cravings.
So far, our development chefs have been cooking up both white and dark chocolate sauces, a rich salted caramel, a vanilla and a fruit sauce. These are all delicious and really hit the sweet spot, so we’ve had to lock the development kitchen door to stop the team entering with their begging bowls!
